Terms & Conditions 

Payment Terms:

1. Full payment to be made by either modes for Online and Offline studio

2. Incase of cancellations:

before class begins INR 349 will be deducted OR after commencement of classes 50% will be deducted

3. Payments accepted in person prior to start of class or scan here.

4. For a trial session choose single session option that can be adjusted with monthly plan

5. Personal training subject to availability and limited serviceable area

Right to Know and Consent:

1. Assumption of Risk:

I acknowledge that participation in yoga classes involves physical movement and exercise, which may carry risks of injury. 

2. Medical Disclaimer:

I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. I affirm that I am in good health and am physically capable of participating in yoga classes. If I have any medical conditions or concerns, I will consult with my doctor before attending yoga classes.

3. Liability Release:

In consideration of participating in yoga classes provided by It's So You by Sonal Kumavat, I hereby release and hold harmless It's So You by Sonal Kumavat and its staff, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during my participation in yoga classes. I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. I understand that I am giving up my right to sue Sonal Kumavat for any injury or damages arising from my participation.

4. Personal Responsibility:

I agree to listen to my body and practice yoga at a level that feels safe for me. I will inform the instructor of any pre-existing conditions or limitations that may affect my ability to participate safely.

5. Photography/Video Release:

I consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during yoga classes for marketing or promotional purposes by It's So You by Sonal Kumavat
